Evan Greene, owner. Evan is a fourth generation builder who has been part of more than 300 projects around Chattanooga since 2013. He’s personally involved in every build, from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.

Your project manager, who runs your build day to day. They keep the schedule moving, line up the trades and are your go to person whenever questions come up.

Our design team. Many of our projects are designed with Evan’s wife Haley, a graduate of the interior design program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Haley can’t design them all, so we also work with several trusted interior designers and architecture firms around Chattanooga. If you already have an architect or designer you love, we’re happy to work with them too.

Trusted vendors and trades. We’ve built long relationships with the best subs and suppliers around Chattanooga. That gives us real buying power and crews we can count on to do it right the first time.

Behind every build is an office that keeps it all running. Our accounting team, our office manager and our own on staff cleaning crew are the women who drive EPG Homes. They keep the books straight, the paperwork moving and every home clean and ready, so the build process has real backup behind it from start to finish.

How a Custom Build Comes Together

1. First conversation. Call or text 423-646-7540. We talk through your lot, your wish list and your budget.
2. Lot and planning. If you have a lot, we look at it with you. If you don’t, we can help you find one.
3. Design. You work with Evan and the design team on the plan, layout and finishes.
4. Pricing and agreement. You get a clear, detailed price before we break ground.
5. Building. Your project manager runs the job day to day, Evan stays involved, and you follow along in Buildertrend.
6. Final walkthrough and move in. We walk the finished home together and hand you the keys.
