Communities EPG Homes Has Built in Chattanooga
Custom homes are what EPG Homes does every day, but over the years Evan Greene and his team have also developed a handful of small communities around Chattanooga. Each one sits in a convenient spot close to the interstate, shopping or downtown, with a small number of homes so it never feels crowded. As Evan puts it, “We love creating places people love to live.”
Wolftever Place
Wolftever Place was EPG Homes’ first development. The original developer stalled before building a single home, so EPG stepped in and built the neighborhood with quality new homes that young families loved. It’s close to Ooltewah and Southern Adventist University and about a mile from I-75, with Hamilton Place and Enterprise South Nature Park nearby.
Perry Village
Perry Village sat stalled after the original developer finished only a few homes. EPG Homes bought the neighborhood and finished it, adding a community pool and a gated dog park, and turned it into one of East Ridge’s most sought after small neighborhoods, right off I-75.
Lincoln Park
Lincoln Park is a small historic community in Chattanooga, and its redevelopment meant a lot to EPG Homes. EPG built 16 brand new homes there without displacing a single resident, bringing new life to the neighborhood while keeping the people who make it home.
Downtown Infill
EPG Homes has also built several small multi-home infill projects in and around downtown Chattanooga. Near Lincoln Park, across from the UTC soccer complex, EPG built six single family homes on one parcel, one of the first horizontal property regime communities in Chattanooga. That setup lets several detached homes share a single lot, each with its own owner.
BlackHawk Commons
BlackHawk Commons was once a mobile home sales lot off Ringgold Road, minutes from downtown Chattanooga. EPG Homes turned it into six single family homes and three townhomes, each with its own one of a kind custom interior. The final phase will face Ringgold Road with a Main Street feel: up to six storefronts with six luxury condos above, so a small business owner can live above their shop the way people did years ago.
Hummingbird Village
EPG Homes built a share of the homes in Hummingbird Village in East Ridge. As a condition of buying lots there, EPG required the developer to add a trail connecting the neighborhood to Camp Jordan Park. Today that means residents can walk to a 275-acre park with 13 lighted baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, a 2-mile paved walking trail, a nature trail, kayak launches on Chickamauga Creek, a stocked fishing pond, disc golf and a zipline. Camp Jordan is also the starting point of the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway, which runs about 13 miles to the Tennessee River.
Bella Ridge
Bella Ridge is a townhome community off Ringgold Road in East Ridge, close to the Exit 1 district with its restaurants, shopping, Bass Pro Shops and Top Golf. The townhomes are new for 2026, with covered porches and fenced yards, which is rare for a townhome.
